Shipping
When will my order ship?
Our processing time is 3-5 business days. Processing time is not the same as shipping time. Shipping time begins once your order has been checked in with USPS. We do not ship on major holidays (New Year Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas).
Is local pick-up an option?
Due to high demand, we no longer provide this delivery option.
Will I receive a tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are only shipping to the U.S., Canada, and All Military Bases. Please join our mailing list for updates to shipping.
What if I input the wrong address?
It is your responsibility as the buyer, to ensure your address is correct. If you made a mistake, you can notify us via our ‘Contact’ page so we can update the shipping label, if possible. If your order has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once the address has been corrected.
What if I have a lost or stolen package?
Once an order has shipped and or has been marked as delivered to the address entered, we are no longer responsible for the package. Please contact USPS regarding the delivery.

Why is my bar a different color?
Our bars are handcrafted and hand poured in small batches. We enjoy being creative with designs and colors. The ingredients and potency will remain the same.
Why does my skin feel so “Squeaky” clean? Is something wrong with the soap?
Our bars are made with 100% natural ingredients (besides the fragrance oils in some bars) and it cleans your skin the natural way. The Lye in the soap can sometimes make the skin feel squeaky after washing. This is completely normal and common with cold process soap, you will just need to use a good moisturizer after washing.
Are your products vegan? I saw one of the fragrance names says “Honey”.
All of our product are vegan, cruelty-free and Palm Oil- Free! The Oatmeal, Milk & Honey fragrance is just the fragrance oil. There is no honey in our recipes!
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. No refunds will be issued. Please contact us if there is an issue with your purchase.
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
Yes, however if your order has been processed and entered for shipment it can no longer be cancelled. You must cancel your order before it is processed.
